The only reason to post a ticket for Socrates is in regard to a billing, cancellation, or login issue with forum. 95% of all questions submitted via our ticket system have already been answered in our support forum. Please visit our forum first.

Activation Problems

1. Make sure you have not copied an extra space before or after your code when pasting.
2. If your Socrates username has a space in it the activation code won't work. Please request that we remove the space for you either via the forum threads.

Cancellation

1. We have no recurring billing with Socrates. It's a one time fee. So there is no membership to cancel.
2. If you would like a refund you can process via this link: https://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm?clear=true
3. Most refunds are because of simple misunderstandings or problems that can be resolved quickly by posting on the forum.
